每年3月15日前后，质检部门都会集中发布一系列产品质量不合格的企业黑名单(black list)，提醒消费者购买的时候要多注意。有时候，在广告上我们也会看到好些商品被列为“国家免检“之类的产品，信誉和质量似乎都很有保障的样子，那么这些产品的企业登上的自然就是white list了。

　　White list (or whitelist) is a list or register of entities that, for one reason or another, are being provided a particular privilege, service, mobility, access or recognition.

　　White list指被授予某种特殊待遇、服务、行动能力或认可度的一系列事项列表。

　　In computer usage, to whitelist means to place a name, e-mail address, Web site address, or program on a list of items that are deemed spam- or virus-free.

　　在计算机应用领域，建立白名单其实就是将认为非垃圾、无病毒的姓名、电子邮件地址、网址、或者程序等信息添加入允许列表。
